Kinesiology
In kinesiology, energy blockages are detected and brought back into balance through so-called balancing measures.
In my kinesiology practice, I apply the principles of the "Touch for Health" technique. Touch for Health is a synthesis of Eastern healing arts and modern Western medicine. Touch for Health is a method that encompasses and works on all levels: structural, emotional, chemical, mental, and energetic.
In my treatments, I work with autonomic muscle testing. Autonomic muscle testing is considered the body's natural feedback. Kinesiological muscle testing allows for individualized treatment tailored to the animal.
Methods of kinesiology
Compensatory measures include methods that primarily act on a physical or mental level.
On an energetic level, I work with meridians or colors in kinesiology; on a physical level, I work with manual techniques such as massaging neurolymphatic massage points or muscles. On a mental level, I work with neurovascular contact points or by balancing emotions with the help of ESA (Emotional Stress Relief).
MERIDIANS
In kinesiology, each muscle is associated with a meridian. Unlike meridian balancing, kinesiology always works on the entire meridian, and no other meridian balancing methods are used.
COLOR
If color therapy is used in kinesiology, it is possible to irradiate the meridian, the muscle or the associated organ.
The irradiation is carried out using a color lamp.
NEUROLYMPHATIC MASSAGE POINTS
Neurolymphatic massage points are reflex points that influence the lymphatic system and regulate the flow of energy to it. These points act like fuses that blow as soon as the system is overloaded.
By massaging these points, energy blockages in the meridians connected to the neurolymphatic massage points are released, improving organ function. The metabolism is stimulated, and lymphatic drainage is also improved.
NEUROVASCULAR CONTACT POINTS
Neurovascular contact points work on a mental level. They strengthen blood flow to the respective organ, influence the central nervous system, and support the associated meridian (improved organ function can even be demonstrated using X-rays). Neurovascular contact points are often used to resolve emotional stress patterns. Traumatic experiences can thus be more effectively resolved.
These contact points are activated by light touches with the fingers.
ENERGETIC MASSAGE OF THE MUSCLE ORIGIN AND INSERT
Muscles are connected by tendons and bones. If a muscle is subjected to severe strain, the energy flow between the tendons and ligaments can be interrupted.
By massaging the muscle origin and insertion, the energy flow in the muscle and the muscle functional circuit is changed, promoted and restored.
EMOTIONAL STRESS REDUCTION
Negative experiences or traumas can become embedded in the system. The body and the entire organism create a connection and remember this emotion every time the animal finds itself in a similar situation. These connections strain the nervous system and put the animal into a state of stress.
With the help of the ESA grip, the respective emotion is given space and the animal's system can process and release it.
